My name is Manuel Sioli,

and I will be your private chef at Villa Gio’s.

For over twenty years, I’ve worked in the world of haute cuisine, first in Italy and then abroad in London, Dubai, France, Florida, Shanghai, and more.

After these experiences, including some in Michelin-starred restaurants, I decided to continue my journey as a private chef, partnering with prestigious establishments like hotels and B&Bs.

Wine pairing

The wine pairing offers you 4 different options, considering 1 bottle for each course, and the eventual addition of 2 extra bottles.

You can also choose between 2 different tiers of wines, one that is more standard, and one more premium level.

To sum them up, prices are in total for the whole group, including taxes and table service.

Payments

Payment can be made entirely in cash or by credit card, with an additional 2.5% fee, at the end of the service, or by bank transfer at the time of your booking.

It was an amazing experience to spend two evenings with Manuel. During our cooking class, he shared with us his passion and expertise for the job with detailed explanations, making it fun for everyone (no matter their cooking skills). On the second night, Manuel provided us with a full four-course meal including wine arrangement. No restaurant can replace this experience with how much thought is put into his menus. Spectacular! Manuel attended us for my wife's 40th birthday in the town of Colico on Lake Como and everything was perfect. Super attentive, friendly and polite, as well as making incredible food. Where does the service take place?

Lunches, dinners, and cooking classes are held in the fully equipped kitchen of the villa (up to 6 people).

How much does a dinner cost?

It depends on various factors, including the ingredients and wines, but the number of guests usually has the biggest impact on the price.

How far in advance should I book?
A minimum of one day in advance is required to reserve a dinner, but for a personalized menu, 3–4 days are recommended.

In addition to lunches and dinners?

In addition to lunches and dinners, you can book a cooking class, a cooking session with Manuel.

I have allergies, is that a problem?

Allergies, intolerances, celiac disease, vegan, or vegetarian preferences aren’t a problem. Every menu is agreed upon beforehand.

How long does a dinner last?

A lunch or dinner usually lasts a couple of hours, while the cooking class includes an additional four hours.
