Reservations at VILLA GIO’S, can be made by phone at +39 329 86 16 918 by e-mail at welcome@villagios.it or via the booking system on the website itself.
Reservations are subject to payment of a deposit of 30% of the total stay. The latter can be sent by bank transfer, the details of which will be communicated by e-mail following confirmation of the booking, or immediately and securely by Credit Card using the Stripe circuit if booking from the site itself.

The balance will be paid the evening before departure in cash, Pagobancomat or credit card. The credit cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The confirmation deposit may be refunded, net of bank charges, only if the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 15 days before the arrival date, where applicable, or it will be kept valid for a future stay.
With the exception of the rates indicated with “NOT REFUNDABLE” which apply different purchase conditions.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation beyond the limits, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
A few days before or on the morning of the day of arrival, notification of an approximate arrival time is particularly welcome, also via WhatsApp to +39 329 86 16 918
On arrival, a valid identification document must be shown, which will be retained for the time required for registration in accordance with the regulations.
At the end of check-in, you will be given a key ring with four keys (one for the pedestrian gate, one for the entrance door, one for the room and one for the safe) and a remote control for opening the garage, which will be returned on your departure.
Keys allow 24-hour access to the facility. For security reasons, we ask that you always lock the entrance door to the facility and lock the room door.
Cannot be accommodated in VILLA GIO’S:
Persons without a valid identity document and who have not reached the age of 18 unless accompanied; People in conditions of less than perfect sobriety and cleanliness.
It is not permitted to welcome and host people in the rooms who are not registered with the Management.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. For special requirements and possible luggage storage, please contact the management.
If the room is not vacated by the aforementioned time, the Management, subject to any reservations to consent, is entitled to the payment of an additional overnight stay.
Early departure does not entitle you to a refund
Loss of the key fob handed in at check-in or failure to return it will incur a charge of €80.00.
The sweet or savoury breakfast buffet IF REQUESTED/RESERVED by 5 p.m. the day before, will be served in the living area or under the pergola on fine days from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
The bed-making service inside the rooms is carried out daily from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. unless otherwise advised by the Management.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 nights and at the departure of each room. A daily change service is possible on request and against payment.
Please contact the management for full details of the many extra services on offer.
- – Washing and ironing service is available on request and for a fee. Each room is equipped with a laundry bag for collection, which will be carried out by 12 noon, with the laundry returned within 36 hours.
- – Transport service is available on request and against payment to and from the airports (Linate, Malpensa, Orio al serio) and stations (Monza, Milan), with reservation 24 hours in advance.
- – Bicycle rental service is available with a deposit of € 150
- – An electric vehicle charging station is available on request with payment on consumption.
- – Baby-sitting is available on request and for a fee.
Inside the rooms is prohibited:
- – Smoking
- – Moving and misuse of furniture, beds and furnishings
- – Use electric light sockets for irons or other electrical appliances, especially for cooking or the like
- – Bringing in unauthorised animals without proper documentation.
- – Any damage caused by guests must be reimbursed upon departure.
Animals and Room Sanitisation:
Only well-behaved small animals are accepted. Owners must have a health booklet and provide for their cleaning.
Accommodating small animals in the room incurs an extra charge of € 30.00 for a complete final sanitisation of the room.
The introduction of promotional tariffs at certain times of the year does not entitle you to reimbursement of the difference.
For a peaceful holiday:
In all areas of VILLA GIO’S (indoors and outdoors), guests are required to behave appropriately, inspired by respect and good manners, with particular regard to night-time hours (e.g., tone of voice, TV volume, etc.).
Each room is supplied with a remote control for the TV; failure of the latter will result in a charge of €25.00 to be paid before departure.
In the interests of energy sustainability, it is required that the lights are switched off during your absence.
VILLA GIO’S accepts no liability for damage and/or theft to property stored inside and outside the building.
